CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Free Flexible Alterations:
We offer free changes to existing bookings, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
Cancellations:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity date.
Important: We are unable to refund or modify bookings within 24 hours of the tour departure — regardless of the reason, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior to your trip.

MISSED DEPARTURES
• The transfer to Skjervøy departs promptly at 05:30 AM and cannot wait for late arrivals.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to arrive on time. Late arrivals & no-shows are non-refundable.
INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES
Frozen Frontiers is not liable for any personal injuries, property loss, or damages incurred during the tour.
Participation is at your own risk.
WEATHER & SEA CONDITIONS
All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.
In the event of unsafe conditions, Frozen Frontiers reserves the right to cancel, delay, or alter tours for safety.
If a tour is cancelled by us due to weather or events out of our control, guests will receive the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to another available date, subject to availability.
WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS
Our tours are designed to maximise wildlife encounters, however sightings of whales or other animals cannot be guaranteed, as they are wild and unpredictable. No refunds or discounts will be given in the event that no wildlife is sighted during the tour.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.
• Life jackets and safety gear are provided and must be worn when instructed.
• Frozen Frontiers reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who is intoxicated, behaving disruptively, or refusing to follow safety instructions.
• Guests must be at least 130cm to join the RIB tour.
• RIB boat tours are unsuitable for individuals with back problems, serious medical conditions, or limited mobility. Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns when booking.
• Pregnant women are advised not to join this tour.
